Srijansil Club website

The club needed a simple way to manage certificates for 500+ runners. We built a website that automatically generated unique bib numbers, emailed them to runners, and generated certificates online. Runners could search their bib number and instantly download their certificate.

Our process

How we built it.

We sit with the client, understand the real problem, build in small stages, test against real workflows, and improve as we go.

Understanding the problem

The club needed a simple way to manage bib numbers and certificates for more than 500 runners without doing everything manually.

Mapping the runner journey

We planned the full flow from runner registration to receiving a unique bib number and finally downloading the certificate after the event.

Automating the repetitive work

We designed the system so bib numbers could be generated automatically and sent to runners by email instead of being prepared one by one.

Building the certificate system

We built the website so runners could search using their bib number and instantly find and download their certificate online.

Testing with sample runners

We tested different registrations, bib numbers, email delivery, searches, and certificate downloads to make sure the complete process worked correctly.

Improving the experience

We simplified the flow so both organizers and runners could use the system without needing technical knowledge.

Preparing for real traffic

We checked the website for performance and reliability so it could handle many runners searching and downloading certificates around the same time.

Launching the system

We deployed the website and handed the system over to the club, giving them a much easier way to manage future events and certificates.

Ask about the next batch, what a laptop needs to run, and what you would actually be building in the first month.
