Inventory & Billing System For Pharmacy
The owner came to us because managing pharmacy stock, billing, expired products, and customer credit was becoming difficult. We built one system to manage products, track low and expired stock, generate sales bills, view reports, and see everything from a quick dashboard. They can now easily track who owes how much, how much has been paid, and the complete credit history in one place.

Our process
How we built it.
We sit with the client, understand the real problem, build in small stages, test against real workflows, and improve as we go.
Understanding the pharmacy
We sat with the owner to understand how products, stock, billing, expired medicines, customer credit, and daily sales were being managed.
Finding the biggest problems
We found that it was difficult to know which products were running low, which were expired, who still owed money, and how much credit was still unpaid.
Planning the core modules
We broke the system into product management, stock tracking, billing, tax handling, credit management, reports, and a quick business dashboard.
Designing simple workflows
We designed the system around everyday pharmacy tasks so staff could add products, create sales bills, check stock, and manage customer credit without confusion.
Building the billing and inventory
We developed product management, taxable and non-taxable billing, stock updates, low-stock tracking, expiry tracking, and sales records.
Building credit management
We created a dedicated credit system where the owner can see who owes money, the original credit amount, payments received, remaining balance, and complete payment history.
Adding reports and dashboard
We added reports and a quick dashboard so the owner could understand sales, stock, credit, and other important business information without checking everything manually.
Testing and improving
We tested real pharmacy situations such as partial credit payments, low stock, expired products, new sales, and bill generation, then improved the system based on actual use.
For businesses
Tell us what you are trying to do.
Describe the problem in plain language. If we are the wrong people for it, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.
