Audit Workflow
The owner came to us because his team was struggling to manage audit work across Excel files, paperwork, and different systems. We built one platform to manage clients, review records, track audit work, and generate reports. Their team can now handle everything in one place with less manual work and better organization.

Our process
How we built it.
We sit with the client, understand the real problem, build in small stages, test against real workflows, and improve as we go.
Understanding the audit workflow
We sat with the owner and team to understand how they were managing client records, audit work, reviews, reports, Excel files, and paperwork.
Finding the manual bottlenecks
We identified where the team was repeating work, switching between different files, losing track of reviews, and spending unnecessary time managing records.
Breaking the system into modules
We divided the platform into smaller parts such as client management, fiscal-year records, audit reviews, reports, fixed assets, and other accounting workflows.
Designing the workflow
We planned how records would move through the system, who could access them, how reviews would happen, and how the team could find information quickly.
Building feature by feature
Using an Agile approach, we developed one workflow at a time instead of trying to build the entire auditing platform in one large release.
Reviewing with the audit team
We regularly showed working features to the team, collected feedback from real users, and adjusted the system to match their actual audit process.
Testing real audit cases
We tested the platform using real workflows such as adding records, reviewing audit data, managing permissions, generating reports, and tracking client information.
Improving and expanding
As the team started using the platform, we continued refining existing workflows and adding new modules based on the problems they faced in daily work.

Tell us what you are trying to do.
Describe the problem in plain language. If we are the wrong people for it, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.
